Use hot soapy water and then dry the windows afterwards using a cotton towel. Use cotton balls dipped in alcohol to deal with the flat edge of the window edge.

Find the double sided tape on the insulation kit and apply it on the edge of the mobile home windows frame. Get the edges on each of the four corners of the window.
